Who We Are

We are an empathetic, compassionate agency, understanding of the needs of families with Special Needs. We will help you understand the bureaucracy and dynamics of the disability system enough to help you through overwhelming and scary times. We are an organization that follows family’s hearts in making the right decisions for the right reasons at the right time, for our Special Need children. We consult families at no charge so we can take a generic issue in situations and identify and apply the applicability to their personal situation.

Founder and Executive Director

Grady Jennings, our founder and Executive Director, is passionate about educating and assisting special needs families with legacy planning. Backed by real-life experience and the desire to share his knowledge with others walking the same path he has walked, his expertise in the financial and legacy planning makes him one of the foremost authorities in this field.

Key Partners and Personnel

Forrest Wolfe is our dedicated partner attorney. While Dignity Group itself is not a law firm, Forrest provides services to us on a regular basis. Forrest’s law practice emphasizes the following areas: Estate Planning, Special Need Planning, Will & Trust Preparation & Administration, Probate, Conservatorships & Guardianships, Gift, Estate & Income Tax Planning, and Corporate & Business Planning & Agreements. Forrest maintains memberships with the State Bar of California, Los Angeles County Bar Association, and American Bar Association, and is admitted to practice before the Unites States Tax Court. Forrest has earned the designation of Chartered Lifetime Assistance Planner (ChLAP) from the National Institute on Life Planning for Persons with Disabilities.

Forrest, because of his knowledge and experience in the areas of Special Needs Trusts and Planning, has worked closely with Grady Jennings and clients of The Dignity Ontario since its inception. Forrest believes in the team approach used by The Dignity Group, whereby each family’s Life Care, Financial, and Estate Plans are addressed in a coordinated and personal manner, taking into account the uniqueness of each individual’s circumstances, and he feels privileged to be part of such a team. Forrest maintains an office in The Dignity building so that families wishing to take advantage of this team approach may be accommodated without any inconvenience.
